Promotion Period: 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025

1. Eligibility

1.1. This promotion is open to all registered customers of Foodservice.com.sg based in Singapore.
1.2. Only business accounts or individuals with verified billing information are eligible.
1.3. Employees of Foodservice.com.sg, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.4. All purchases must be made through only www.FoodService.com.sg . All other modes of ordering are not considered nor valid for this promotion.

2. Promotion Mechanics

2.1. The top two (2) customers with the highest cumulative total purchase value on Foodservice.com.sg during the Promotion Period will each win:
 • Two (2) return tickets on Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Bangkok.
2.2. Total purchase value will be calculated based on completed and paid orders (excluding cancelled or refunded transactions).
2.3. The final results will be determined by Foodservice.com.sg’s internal sales reports and are non-disputable.

3. Prize Details

3.1. Each winner will receive a pair of Singapore Airlines Economy Class return tickets to Bangkok.
3.2. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be completed by 30 June 2026.
3.3. Blackout periods apply (e.g., public holidays, school holidays, peak periods).
3.4. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
3.5. Any additional costs (e.g., travel insurance, accommodation, airport transfers) shall be borne by the winner.

4. Winner Notification

4.1. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days after the promotion ends.
4.2. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days, Foodservice.com.sg reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible customer.

5. Publicity

5.1. By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Foodservice.com.sg to use their name, business name, and/or images for promotional purposes without further compensation.

6. General Conditions

6.1. Foodservice.com.sg / WayStar Pte Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. The decision of Foodservice.com.sg on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
6.3. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Privacy

7.1. Customer data collected will be used in accordance with Foodservice.com.sg’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of administering this promotion.
